As experts in the field of Minnesota property management, R.P. Management, Inc., has over 30 years' experience in the management and leasing of single-family homes and small residential rental properties. We were the first Minneapolis property management company to be certified by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). From our central Minneapolis location, we manage hundreds of homes in the Twin Cities area for individual homeowners and investment property owners alike.

R.P. Management, Inc., is locally owned and uniquely suited to oversee your residential property management needs in Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs. We are the oldest firm in Minneapolis focused exclusively on single-family homes. No shopping malls, no office buildings, no apartment complexes, no association management or sale. We focus our entire attention on homes just like yours. It's what we do.

David Holt, owner of R.P. Management, Inc., is a Master Property Manager (MPM), a Residential Management Professional (RMP), a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a former national president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and a current national instructor for NARPM. In additions, his background as a licensed realtor, broker, and building contractor and investor of rental homes himself adds considerably to his expertise in residential property management.
